The single peaked at #52 in the U.S. while in the likes of Australia, the single peaked in the top 5 and in the UK the single bucked chart trends at the time by climbing inside the top 10 in its second week, peaking at #9. It was the biggest hit, however, in Japan, where it peaked at #1.
